- The directory is on CD-ROM in Windows format

• What are the computer requirements to run the expo info?

- Windows 95/98/NT4/ME/2000/XP
- Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher

• Will I be able to run the directory CD on more than one computer?

- Yes, you will receive two passwords, which will allow you to run the directory on two separate computers.

• What about upgrades, will I get a discount?

          - Most of the information in the directory will not change very often,
          therefore we will publish a new version every two years. Customers that
          purchased a previous version will receive a discount on any new version.

• How many sources and products are on the CD-ROM?

          - Almost 300 sources that offer over 3,000 products

• What is the minimum order for most of the vendors? I don't want to have to buy thousands of dollars worth of product just to get the wholesale rate.

- The minimum order for most of the vendors is between $100 and $250. Some of the vendors have minimums as low as $50 and a few vendors don't have a minimum at all. You will not have to invest a lot of money in order to start purchasing product.

• Aren't you afraid that revealing this information will create a lot of competition for you and other retailers?

- No, I believe competition is good for business. There are enough consumers out there for everyone to be successful. Competition is something you should embrace because it means there's a market for what you're offering. I would be more worried about no competition because it might mean that no one wants what you're offering.

• I'm an artist and I would like to license my art for use on calendars, and postcards. Is there anything on the CD-ROM that can help me?

- Yes, you can contact the applicable manufacturers and publishers and they will explain to you how to get started working with them

• I have an idea for a board game, will the directory help me get it off the ground?

- Yes, we have several board game manufacturers in the directory. You can contact them and they will work with you.

The directory is set-up like a website and you link to the different pages by
clicking on hyperlinked text, just as you would on a website.

When you click a letter on "View products alphabetically" you link to a list of products based on that letter.

EXAMPLE: If you click on the "A" in the "View Products Alphabetically" grid, below is a short example of what you would link to. You would then click on a particular company and link to that companies page in the directory. (These links are examples and are not active)
